I'm testing this out now to see what might be going on. I was able to get the email once I clicked the present icon to mark it as fulfilled. This is when the email is initiated. Amy Cate and Allen Jernigan Are you using the present icon when fulfilling? or clicking "fulfill all" ?

Melissa Warner: I am using the present on the ones I have to Manually mark...the others are done via ship station and they integrate tracking into the system. I do understand that FB messenger does not work on groups on FB sadly...that is my main line of sales and they love the messenger feature...but no sign of emails either. I just polled my group and asked them what they are getting so I will have a better idea here soon.
