Customers items dropping from carts when shopping on the webstore

Items went to carts but then the customer logged in and the items were no longer in carts

Emptying Carts when logging in

When adding to cart as "guest" on the website or adding from FB then going to the webstore to sign in. Once trying to sign in it will some times cause the customers to sign in more than once. When they are signed in, they notice the cart is empty.

Shop Mary Bella's Boutique has some customers experiencing this on the webstore and Facebook. They add an in then go to the cart and it shows empty with no error messages given.

Several customers who have shopped before (Jessica Roberts, Liesl Gargano, Katie S ). Shoppers add an item to the webstore, but when they go to check out the are not seeing items in their cart. This is happening when they are on a mobile device.
