Instagram not showing on boutique side

When the boutique goes to the product tab, clicks 3 dots, link to post, IG does not show up. But it shows up for us on admin

We have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache and history, didn't seem to work. But If an admin on CS logs in we are able to see the "instagram tab"
