Reports of live issues.
Customers experiencing freezing/spinning & being kicked off of FB stream AND when viewing lives from the mobile app.
Shop upload speeds are above recommended MB (Ex: 40 Upload & 100 Upload) + CST is enabled
Reports of lives dropping all streams and other times it drops just the FB stream and still streams on mobile app.
*Customer says a message pops up really quickly on the broadcast app but then goes away and shortly after that, she is having issues. Unsure of what the error says due to how quickly is goes away.

Only the first 45 seconds of Facebook Live showed - then it froze. We tried stopping and restarting, but it again froze after 45 seconds. I wound up just going Live from my phone without using the platform. It made a lot of work for me after the fact and all of my work getting ready was not used.

nalestreasures app users are unable to see live, shop is successfully live and linked to both FB group and page.

pinebeltrockstars also experiencing this with their customers. Shop only using iOs app at the moment, so it's specific to apple for them.

Design with Scott was live on app, streaming to FB as well and FB completely shut down, ended up having to go live directly on FB
