Shop affected: Adalynn Grace
Shop is utilizing the auto-linking feature for products but items are not auto-linking.
The shop reached out that this is occurring on all product posts, he stated "They link and we get an email confirming it when we post or they post after being scheduled but never cart items for customers." Images below of a product that they received an email confirmation for, customers commented, no comments flowed into CS or registered.
When going to the FB Posts tab, the item does not populate or go into the tab for me to look at. The customer confirmed they were not being deleted from the posts tab, and that they did no make any changes to their process.
