Getting an error when trying to refund more than 1 item with paypal. 
Error message: 
"The request was refused. You do not have a verified ACH."

Getting error message when refunding a single item.

Getting error message when trying to refund order. Shop was able to process one, then when trying to do the second item they got this error again. Shop closed and reopened and was then able to process the rest of the refund without the error.

When refunding they are getting error message that the request was refused because they do not have a verified ACH. This error appears when trying to refund to card for either item.
