He has recently found a large discrepancy with one of those data points "shipping expenses"

For example, when reporting is pulled from CS, it will reflect a total of $19, 242. But the "data dump" he is sent (and also uses for SRS) will reflect $9,356. All this information comes from CS, so we are curious why there is such a large difference here.
