Customers unable to enable FaceBook Messenger. Behavior is to enable it, click "Connect Messenger", click the checkbox to enable messenger, click Confirm, but nothing happens after the confirm window goes away. Connect Messenger is still there.

Boutique: It's Simply Kristen. Reporting 2 customers are experiencing this issue. Tried on multiple devices and browsers. They click the box to enable but it doesn't work.

Boutique: Bella Amor Accessories. Reporting a handful of customers are unable to enable messenger. The issue seems to be newer, as customers were able to in the past without issue.

This still isn't working for some of mt customers. They tried it from a desktop on chrome. So far it seems they have to try literally 30 times before it connects.
