Team Member has View Setup or Manage Setup Other or View Setup Billing permissions, but cannot click on Setup tab, because Secondary Offer throws an error message and logs them out. I duplicated this on my shop as well. If Secondary Offer is turned on, the Manage Products permission is needed to view the Setup tab, otherwise the error will occur saying "Error. Could not update secondary offer item matches." Then it will say "Action is unauthorized" and log the team member out. With Secondary Offer feature turned off, this does not happen. With Secondary Offer feature turned on, the error occurs.
