Requesting that we are able to sync with an RMA system so that we can Approve or Decline returns before they are sent in. This would save time for both us and the clients - as well as money. There are several companies out there that area available if we can have a sync function.....

This is needed badly. It would be great and save a lot of time for everyone - us and our customers - if they could request a return and it be approved or declined based upon our return policies. There are several companies out there that work with Shopify - so I'm sure CommentSold can create one!!!
