Static noise while using the overlay

Have tried the iPhone 7 and 8 and keep getting a static noise on the stream. Not near a fan or ac vent and happens even on HD. Upload speed is 11.8 mbps. Noise is very noticeable on iPhone 7, less noticeable on the 8, but still there.

I’m using the iPhone 10, we’ve tried everything... there’s so much static it’s unbelievable. Tried the headphones hack, didn’t work, tried the dongle that came with the 10, it didn’t work. The house was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, so it wasn’t anything from this side. My poor customers have been gracious... because when I watch the replay it’s very loud and annoying to me...I’m shocked they stick with it. Please help!

We've seen this on iPhone 7 for some reason (no idea why).

Has anyone tried to plug in headphones?

Here is a neat trick: try plugging in headphones, we just learned that the noise goes away when plugging in headphones
