New Webstore -- Scrolling through Filters is buggy and sometimes does not work

This is happening for Silver & Lace Boutique. From the Shop:
" If I hit filters BEFORE the email capture pop up, it opens filters, and the email capture pops up, and upon closing the email capture, it lets me scoll. Otherwise, if I reopen and wait until after the email capture, or try to scroll before the email capture pops up, it won't scroll".

If I choose any filters from my phone, it will not apply and continue.
