Any way to disable this from showing or opening with FedEx instead?

When shipping with shipstation boutique uses FedEx - when the customer logs into their account and clicks tracking it opens with USPS instead of FedEx

Shop would also like to make sure that the tracking link sent out in the email template is updated to reflect FedEx.
