CTL - underselling - Shopify: Inventory changing without shop changing it

Inventory is changing in both shopify and CS without the boutique changing it. 
Inventory logs are showing that Shopify is setting qty to 0. 
This is causing the boutique to undersell products.

Abela - reporting this is still occuring - In the logs it is saying webhooks are updating and when they update is when the qty is changing causing them to undersell. Adding details to Jira

Beautique has been experiencing this regularly, updates inventory and system changes to 0 after 'API call' - they re-sync a few times a day and the QTY still reverts
