At this time only T2 has access to see why a payment was disputed. We need to give the shops access to this information for visibility + easier dispute processing

When they dispute a charge they are only given 2-3 things to chose from so it will be based on what selection the customer makes when they are disputing the charge.

Shop is looking for the reason the customer chose on the dispute to be pulled over from Stripe if possible so they are to dispute it with more reason/ information.
