We need CS and Lightspeed to be integrated. That's what we signed up for. That's what we paid for in the beginning. Now I feel like we are being charged for a service that is not being provided.

I was told by CommentSold Support today that the Lightspeed integration is no longer supported. Are you able to confirm that is true?

Jeremy Renaud: I'm trying to use the Lightspeed integration and having some trouble. My matrixed products show up in CommentSold with a SKU for a specific variant (like a specific size/color). Have you noticed this or had any issues with it?

Ken Hoffmann: Hi Ken, I just checked one of my lightspeed matrix items and how it is being represented inside the CommentSold database and my entire matrix item is only represented by one comment sold sku number that SKU is then broken down Into it’s own CommentSold matrix of sizes and I did not see any other sku umbers attached to it… So what you are describing is something a little bit different than what I am seeing… If you have an account specialist definitely check with them, but for now, the Lightspeed Integration is on hold while they make some decisions.
