Shops are looking to create this with both percentage based coupons and flat rate coupons.

I sell beading supplies and often offer BULK discounts. On a post, I say, "10% off this item if you buy 5+" and then apply account balance manually.

I would LOVE a functionality for the system to trigger this sort of discount on an item when a customer purchases X quantity right in their cart.

Would love the option for our customers to be able to purchase one of something at a specific price, or two at a different price!
