Upgrade shipping option give customers the opportunity to pay an extra fee for faster shipping . Our customers get free shipping but it takes 7 to 10 business days. But if they pay an extra five dollars they can get it in three business days for example.

From Beautiful Bling Babes: I ship outside of CS but want to have the option to have a drop down for shipping at checkout so I could charge $4 Standard Shipping, $8 UPS Shipping and then also a checkbox to add insurance or not for an additional $3.
