Shopify - Posting to CS webstore without being posted to shopify webstore

Shop would like to be able to differentiate between their shopify website and cs website. Right now for a product to be displayed on the CS online store it has to be published in shopify. Trying to keep the app and online store with CS uniform and this makes it difficult.

You can actually do this by using a template and NOT tracking the inventory via shopify. Reach out to me if you want help with this.
