CTL - Ability to "Undo" Returns

Beaucoup Texas would like the ability to undo returns on orders. They sometimes make mistakes (we are all human) and return the wrong item. They would prefer to just be able to undo this on the order and also have the ability to remove the item added back to stock if applicable. It would be also good to add in this same area to be able to undo the refund if the process got that far.

Sometimes when processing a return the wrong item is selected or the wrong refund method (store credit or card) is selected. Would like to just be able to undo this due to records. Also would like to undo a store credit refund to refund to card or vice versa.

Much needed. Its frustrating to go into the gateway or if someone needs a partial refund for lack of using a code you have to go into the gateway.

Yes, all pos systems have capabilities to void a transaction - this would be the same principle.

You just go to subtract balance right?

Andrew Thompson: yes sir, but then you have to go to Stripe/Paypal and refund from that end. They want to be able to remove the store credit and then credit back to card right on CS without leaving the platform. Need to "undo"
