Cannot Print Barcodes: Chrome won't print. Other browsers say "Something went wrong" error

Shop: Lisa cannot print barcodes. Gets "Something went wrong. Error ID: 388e987413bd4a7eaf5017eb814f0deb" on other browsers besides Chrome such as Edge or Firefox. On Chrome, just gets "waiting on commentsold.com" and never progresses. 
I was able to duplicate no response in Chrome when trying to print from a product under inventory, print all barcodes or print tag. 
Example product is P9UR-BNXX-353XX. 
Using a dymo printer. Installed dymo software and restarted.

Barcodes: Print Preview appears on screen but barcode will not print

Shop is experiencing an issue with Barcodes.
When they click on "Print Tag" and then "Print" on the Print Preview screen, the barcode does not print.
Confirmed that shop has proper software/driver installed, shop is using Chrome, and shop tried rebooting printer. Printer is able to print from MS Word.
Workaround: Shop selected "Save as PDF" on the Print Preview screen and was able to print barcodes from there.

When you click on "Print All Barcodes" or any other barcode printing option, the barcode printing option does not show up. In fact, nothing happens.

Shop tries to print barcodes in CS on Chrome, but she is not able to. Only able to download barcodes as PDFs, open them in viewer, and then print from there

Also happening for "Brillante y Elegante" on sku P5COCPXX010XX - when hitting "Print All Barcodes" from the inventory page there's a 500 error on the get request and we're unable to print, nothing appears on screen.
