Private Reply: Waitlisted but getting In Stock Reply: New Order Verbiage Update Needed
Currently, the default template for this private reply is:
Click below to view and pay for your order.
But if the customer is not yet confirmed, they need to click on the link to actually claim the item if they are not a fully confirmed customer who has confirmed on the page or group they are commenting on.
The item may actually have gone to waitlist as others purchased it, since they just had a temporary cart.

The waitlist response for an item is showing a purchase window and expiration warning. Templates are correct.

Claiming Multiples Partial Waitlist - No Notification

When claiming multiples with a single comment (ex Sold 100 5), if there is less than the full amount in stock, only the in-stock amount will cart and the rest will be added to the waitlist however, the only notification that is sent is the Add To Cart reply. Customer is not notified that the full amount they claimed in the comment was not carted until they view their cart before checkout.

Customer had item in cart and waitlisted items, customer received message that items were in cart. However 4 items were waitlisted and one was in the cart.

Customers are getting a message to checkout but go to their cart and it is empty. The item will be on their waitlist instead.
