Yes we are still getting complaints and no one is receiving messenger notifications of orders being fulfilled and ready for local pickup either.
Yes we are still getting complaints. This is not with local pickup - only orders that are being shipped. It is not even everyone's orders. Some actually receive tracking.
Yes I am still having issues. It was a local pickup order from a good customer that orders a lot... but it will send a notification sometimes and sometimes it won’t. 3 days ago, it did not send to her. Hope this helps!

IS it on local pickup AND regular?
It should never be in junk/spam since we have an excellent transactional email reputation
