Customer: Sarah Smith - shop said there were multiple, but only had this example on hand at the moment. Order id: 625172
Issue: Order confirmation email is not being received the first time, shop has to go in and resend before the customer gets it.

Kimberly Weaver: Has the messenger notification issue also been fixed? My customers still do not seem to be getting messenger notifications when their orders are fulfilled.
