Burnt Angel Bling is having the same issue. After her live using Dynamic Selection, the product selection appears out of order.

Product Selection Doesn't Save in Order
When the product selection is edited so that the identifiers are changed from say 101 to 120, it is not saving them in order. Instead, they continue to display out of order.

Pleated an Online Boutique experiencing duplicate error message and number ordering issue.

dixieblissluxueries When editing a product list they can't save, get error that product has been added twice. Items are no longer being arranged in numerical number of identifiers, and the drag and drop does not work.
