Shop is having difficulty setting Coupon Time frame

Hem and String is seeing an issue when setting the coupon timer. Attempted to set timer for start time of 9 PM CST but clock kept reverting coupon to start at 7 PM CST. Same issue with end time and were unable to set end time to 11 PM CST. Shop is in CST and has experience difficulty with the timer on 3 different occasions.

When I went to set the coupon, I tried to have it start at 7pm on 12/12 and end on 12/12. The system did not allow 12/12 to be selected as an end date. To workaround this, I changed the start time to 7am. Then, I could choose 12/12 as the end date and set the time I wanted. Then, I went and adjusted 7am to 7pm. Not sure why 12/12 was not a valid option for end date before changing it to 7am start time.

Having the same issues with setting the "Expires" time. And, with time zones in the "Start" time.

I had this issue as well when creating a coupon for a shop. It wouldn't let me get past 7pm when trying to set the coupon to expire at 8pm.

Shop created a coupon with 15 percent off, Selected a Live Selection for it to apply to, chose for it to be a 1 time use and $50 minimum purchase, then set the start time to be 6 PM today 11/24 and end time to be 12pm tomorrow 11/25. The times were saving to 7 PM and 1 PM repeatedly even when the right times were selected. If the shop edited the start time, the end time would also move to a different hour displayed on the coupon tab. Chat Support reproduced this as well several times.
