they should automatically be a role in Facebook notifications and then possibly given the option to opt out of certain features right now they are having to choose to receive Facebook messages and a lot of people are clicking that so they're missing out on a lot of communication so the default should be for them to get all notifications

This is a good idea - we want people to be able to opt-out but only out of marketing messages, not transactional messages, correct?
So opt-out of messenger blasts but they still want order confirmation, tracking info, etc - right?
