Shopify: Report account credit as a payment type instead of a discount

Today, when using the Shopify integration with CommentSold, we report use of account credit as a discount. This canny post is for reporting that as a payment for reporting purposes instead of a discount.

Katie from somethingblue is making this suggestion becuase if the item is "discounted" in the form of CS credit, the system thinks they don't have to pay our consignor
