Feel free to reopen, but this is caused by us not able to reduce quantity in Shopify. If we can't reduce quantity, then we can't add it to their cart and "checkout" for them
Does this happen for all of your products?

@Gina LaBarbera: what is your boutique URL on commentsold? That's definitely strange! If you can post your boutique name on CS and then a product where this is happening, I can check it out
Remember it takes 1-2 minutes for it to go from "quantity" to draining the "waitlist"
@Brandon Kruse: well the issue for my shop yesterday, was a preauthorization glitch on a certain product. The customers preauthorized a few weeks ago, I restocked the item yesterday and they were never charged/checked out. The product rolled automatically to their waitlists. I then went Live and sold out the product and then had to deal with several irate customers who THOUGHT they were good to go only to find out they missed the item entirely. I opened a support ticket and was referred to this post.
Yes, several of my Preauthorized customers lost out on items yesterday even though they preauthorized. Hoping this is fixed soon! They’re not happy about it.
