Messenger Box Not Showing at Registration

Customers are unable to enable FB messenger without logging out and logging back in. The messenger checkbox is not an option until the customer has logged in a second time. Some customers cannot enable messenger at all, even after logging out and back in again. Page and Messenger are correctly enabled and linked to group.

We now have an alternative to the usual Connect Messenger button that helps with this issue!
Please come in to chat support to request that we turn on the alternative for you. It will confirm the customer quickly and opt them in.

For some shops, cannot enable messenger at all, no matter how many times they log out and back in again.

@Lindsey Schocke: Has there been any upadate on this yet? some of my customers are unhappy about not getting messenger notifications about products. Thanks!
