Shopper checking out from FaceBook comment on mobile can't edit card

Shopper using iPhone, went to shop URL from Facebook, tried to check out on FaceBook Browser, got message to choose a card to pay the remaining balance, but did not get a pop up window to edit or add a card. Tried using three dots to open the URL in Safari or Chrome, but did not work. Only after copying and pasting the shop URL to the browser like Safari or Chrome did the shopper get a prompt to add or edit the card.
This also prevents the PayPal and Sezzle pop ups from showing when the customer tries to check out with those payment methods.
Some shops are seeing this with the FaceBook browser, others are seeing it with the Safari browser on mobile.

Hey Friends!! Can we confirm this is still an ongoing issue? If it is we will need a bit more additional information to look into this to see what is going on - If we can get the device type/ ios version etc. / browser they are using etc. from the customers to see if we are able to replicate - or any screen record/ video/ screenshots that may help! Seems like this now shows up on Safari as well. Shop and the customer reported this issue while on Safari
