FB Group linked to page. Auto Replies are not getting set out to FB, Messenger, or Email for the templates.

We have currently opened a ticket with Facebook to report this issue. We will update as soon as we hear back.
The team is continuing to escalate this issue and Facebook has assigned our bug report to their engineering team for further investigation. You can follow the progress here.

In the meantime, the team believes they have a workaround where we could comment back to shoppers on the posts as a new comment (as opposed to a reply directly to the shopper's comment - see screenshot below!)

Reporting another shop is not seeing the auto-replies workaround for customers with Permission Issues.

Same problem for me too. I have to manually reply and tell them to go to the link and update permission. I post regularly about them logging in to do so to keep it updated but they don’t listen.

With the new workaround we've implemented, it doesn't appear that the permissions auto reply was included. I've seen customers who we don't have permission to read their comments post, but do not receive the link to update their permissions.
