Shop reported one of their customer unable to purchase merchandise as they are not getting any payment gateway option while trying to checkout, We asked customer to clear the cart and then try to force close the app and then try again. also informed the shop to ask customer to update the app and check again. We asked them to remove or uncheck the store credit If they can checkout still didn't work, asked to go through the Web however getting the same screen (no payment gateways showing on checkout page)
