Shop reported they can not buy from Dropship every time it charges them and there is no record of the purchase on DS sample order, they have three orders out of which 1 was refunded and two orders are still pending, shared multiple screenshots as It shows their backup account being charged. it only shows that shop's Credit card was charged but actually there is no charge when checked the credit card statement.

Card ending 9830 from which shop wants to complete the payment, however, evenafter choosing it, it is charging for the sample order from the backup payment and there is no record for the sample order but the charges are showing.
