What is the shop or customer experiencing?
  • The customer is not able to check out. When the customer is trying to checkout by mobile app. She had multiple items in her cart. The customer also tried checking out with three different credit cards but still had the same error. The customer also had uninstall and reload the app but still had the same error.
What is the expected behavior?
  • It should checkout normally

Did you replicate?
  • No as it is coming from the customer end.
What settings were checked?
  • Customer tab>> opened the customer account>> went to the shopping cart to see the products that customer is trying to checkout.
  • Went to the product tab>> searched the products>> clicked the three dots>> opened the inventory log>> went to all the logs for the customer checkout.
