What is the shop or customer experiencing?
  • The shop is trying to import the Order list in Klaviyo through it's integration in CommentSold. However, it's not showing any options to resync the Order import. Due to which they are unable to import the latest order list. It's showing previous data from the time when they previously used to use Klaviyo and that is from 6/9/2023.
There it is showing :
  • {Import started on 6/9/2023, 8:58:05 AM. Import successfully completed on 6/9/2023, 9:01:36 AM. }
What is the expected behavior?
  • The order should import from the Klaviyo and the date till the last import done. And there should be option to import it again if the shop want to.
What error messages are there?
  • No error message, just that import order option is not showing or nothing to reset.
Did you replicate?
What settings were checked?
  • Setup > More Integration > Klaviyo >> Went to Order import section where it only shows when it was last imported and not showing to reset or re-import it.
