Live - Facebook Page not Linking

Live shows on Facebook business page, doesn't show in sales format. But is not linked, comments don't come through the overview and are not carting. Shows Facebook page Linking on overview. Clicking retry after it fails still doesn't let it link.
Was able to manually link selection to post, and items carted. Comments from Page still not showing on overview.

Shop Victory Jewelz Squad is having the same issue. Was able to manually link to post and cart items. The Live Overview pages show's 'Linking' then 'Linking Failed'.
