Around 4 AM Central Time, MSM experienced a major outage with one of their third-party integrations, which caused the sync between MSM and CommentSold to not actively work. This issue has been resolved as of 1 PM Central Time.
During the outage, items sold on CommentSold were not removed from Shopify. We’ve provided a list of SKUs for affected shops to review via email. Please count the inventory on your warehouse shelf using the provided document and update the quantities in Shopify. Once updated, the correct quantities will sync to CommentSold.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the MSM outage. They are actively working to prevent this from happening in the future.
