What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop unable to create the scheduled sale

What is the expected behavior: It should be create and scheduled

What error messages are there: "Failed to create a sale."

Did you replicate: Replicated on my dashboard and was able to create, however if you try to create on shop account it's giving an error

What settings were checked:

Checked shop running on NPS

Checked if shop is missed to put any required details while creating the sale

Ask to clear the cache and cookies
