User KeLeigh Versiga of Southwest Legging Company has reported when they are trying to order return labels, the label prints the to/from address reversed. The to address is going to the customer again, and not the shop. When you are in the order screen it is correct, but once you order the label, a message comes up indicating the label will look different than expected, then be incorrect. She has multiple return orders like this. The example in the pictures is order #190.
