Shop is unable to create any shipping labels for any open orders on her account at all. She states she's tried all kinds of weights, dimensions, and selected and unselected the poly mailer option.

I’m 3 days behind now on shipping due to this error with NO RESOLVE still! Do better CommentSold! Take care of your customers like we have to!!!! I have upset customers now because I can’t ship with the CS platform and I’ve waisted hours now with y’all with ZERO HELP!
