Shopper sees "Expire In:" but no expiration time or "Item not reserved. Please check out to claim and purchase ahead of other customers" message at checkout even though FPFS is not enabled.

Customer sees Item Not Reserved on cart when FPFS is turned off
Customers are seeing a cart timer that suggests the item is not reserved, even though the the shop is not using the First Paid First Served feature. Carts are holding inventory normally per inventory logs.
