  • Yes, replicated on the account. It's giving us the same error Shop got on their end.
What settings were checked?
  • Went to All orders tab under Order/fulfillment tab of CS dashboard.
  • Checked on multiple systems, unable to access all order tab under Order/Fulfillment tab of CS dashboard.
Provide examples, sku, order:
  • No orders are showing as unable to access the order tab.
