What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop is not able to create shipping manifest.

What is the expected behavior? Enabling the Shipping Manifest setting should allow users to easily generate a shipping manifest.

What error messages are there? The error message is "An error occurred while creating the shipping manifest.

"Did you replicate? Yes, i have face the same error.

What settings were checked? I've checked their shipping manifest setting is enabled.
