Unable to go live on Facebook

What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- The shop is unable to broadcast their live sale to Facebook. During the live setup, they successfully select Facebook in Step 3 ("Where to go live"), but the video never actually pushes to the platform. The shop can successfully go live on all other selected platforms, but Facebook silently fails.
What is the expected behavior?
- When Facebook is selected as a destination in Step 3, the live stream should successfully broadcast to the shop's connected Facebook page alongside any other selected platforms.
What error messages are there?
- No error, it's just now showing live on Facebook. Even after selecting Facebookoption on going live.
Did you replicate?
- Replicated not able to go live on Facebook.
What settings were checked?
- Checked if the shop is meeting criteria for following to go live on Facebook.
- Tried Re-connecting Facebook.
- Tried clicking on retry button of Facebookin the Multisource live>>Live tab of CS dashboard.
- Tried going live from Live overview and Multisource live.
