What is the shop or customer experiencing: When shop and customer is clicking on join us for live shopping on the slide show banner and any other live replay they are getting an error message 403 forbidden seems like it's happening sometimes with webstore and sometimes webstore is working fine

What settings were checked:

Checked custom Domain is set,

Checked the custom domain setting on the GoDaddy DNS records tab and there were some more C Names records were added already and according to the shop it was already added before for a couple of years and it was working fine, suddenly it started giving error messages sometimes.
