Popclip PFP Display Updates
What Changed:
- The Popclip PDP display update will now let you decide how you want your popclips displayed on your website and mobile app!
Why We Love It:
Display Options for Popclip
You now have multiple options for displaying Popclip on your product detail pages (PDP) on both web and app platforms:- Exclude Clip:The Popclip will not be shown on the PDP.
- Pop-out Video:The Popclip will appear as a pop-out video on the PDP (current behavior).
- Inline Video:The Popclip will be displayed within the product image gallery on the PDP.
- Note: If the product already has a featured video, it will be replaced by the Popclip.
Position Options:
- Position 2: The Popclip will be shown as the second product "image" (default).
- Position 1: The Popclip will be shown as the first product "image".
Global Setting
- A global setting for Popclip display options has been added to the Popclip home page. This allows shops to set a default display option for all Popclips.
- By default, "Pop-out Video" is selected.
- If the default setting is changed, it can be applied to "New Popclips Only" or "New & Existing Popclips".
Individual Popclip Settings
- On the create/edit Popclip page, shops can override the global default setting and choose a different display option for individual Popclips.

Support Tab Updates
What Changed:
- The Support Tab was moved to the top of your dashboard!
- We added additional and updated resources.
- On the My Team section, you are now able to book a call with our Customer Solutions Team.
Why We Love It:
- You have access to all of our learning resources at your fingertips!
- You can book a call directly with our Customer Solutions team.
- The Customer Solutions Team is a new team full of the same dedicated, tenured, and knowledgeable individuals you have come to know and trust. However, it gives you access to the entire team rather than just one point of contact. We will continue to enhance this program along the way, as we are dedicated to creating the best experience for you!
- Simply go to Support > Your Team > Customer Solutions and request a meeting.

- The Support Tab is located in the left-hand navigation menu in the CS Admin Dashboard.

Bulk Upload Media Gallery
What Changed:
- Shops can select multiple files to upload to their media gallery using the upload button.
Why We Love It:
- The media gallery has a better User Interface and saves shops time when uploading multiple files via media gallery.

- Media Gallery is located in the left hand navigation menu in the CS Admin Dashboard.
