Feature Requests

Coupon: Minimum Item Purchase
Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for. Currently, our platform does not support advanced coupon settings that allow for "Buy More, Save More" logic. Merchants are looking for a way to incentivize bulk purchases through coupons, but the existing feature set lacks the flexibility to apply discounts based on the specific quantity of items added to the cart. What does the shop want the product to do? We need to introduce a Tiered Discount capability within the coupon creation settings. This will allow shops to create a single coupon code that dynamically increases the discount value based on the number of qualifying items a customer purchases. Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? Business Value & Impact Increases Average Order Value (AOV): Encourages customers to add more items to their cart to reach the next discount tier. Improves Sales Efficiency: Helps merchants move inventory faster by selling 3, 5, or 10 items at a time rather than single units. Competitive Parity: Aligns our coupon functionality with standard e-commerce expectations, increasing merchant satisfaction and retention. Suggested Functional Requirements Tier Configuration: Allow merchants to add multiple "Quantity Threshold" and "Discount Value" rows when creating a coupon. Discount Types: Support both percentage-off (e.g., 10% off) and fixed amount-off (e.g., $10 off) per tier. Cart Validation: The system should automatically calculate and apply the correct tier discount at checkout based on the final eligible item count.

Enable All Payment Methods and Adjustable Cart Timers for Live Auctions
Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for: I have confirmed that there are no existing settings to support this request. Currently, the Live Auction feature strictly limits payments to credit cards via Stripe or CS Payments. Furthermore, while the system offers a fallback option to add 15 minutes to the cart only if an auction payment fails, there is no setting to apply a standard, upfront cart timer to auction items to allow for delayed or grouped checkouts. What does the shop want the product to do: The shop wants the Live Auction checkout flow to function more like a standard live sale. Specifically, they are requesting two enhancements: Expanded Payment Gateways: Allow customers to check out for won auction items using any of the shop's active payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Sezzle, Klarna), removing the current card-only restriction. Configurable Upfront Cart Timers: Allow shops to apply standard cart expiration timers to won auction items from the start. Instead of forcing immediate payment the moment an auction ends, the won item should drop into the customer's cart so they can continue shopping. Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency: This would significantly improve the customer checkout experience and boost sales conversions. Customers often prefer to bid on multiple items throughout a live stream and pay for everything at once at the end, rather than checking out individually for each item. Additionally, many shoppers heavily rely on alternative payment methods or Buy Now, Pay Later options like Sezzle or Klarna. By removing the card-only restriction and allowing customers to pool their won items in a cart, shops can encourage larger order sizes and reduce checkout friction.
