Would love the ability to send bulk email updates to customers who purchased a particular item. For example, if the expected ship-date gets bumped back a week, I need the ability to send out an update to customers informing them of this...without going into each and every order and manually emailing all 100 customers. Alternatively, messaging/updating directly from within CS would be great!
Or, at the very least, the ability to export/copy-to-clipboard a list of email addresses of customers who purchased that 'not-received' item.
