I REALLY need to be able to clean up items that are on the waitlist. The items that I know we won't be restocking, items that have gone on clearance that people are still adding to their waitlist. We get emails all the time asking when items on their waitlist will be restocked yet, they won't be because they went on clearance or we have 2 people signed up for them.

Clearing out waitlist items IN MASS, all at once, would an incredible option! I am hoping for that as well and I can't imagine would take much to program. Sort of like adding things to the app in large batches.

Leslie Hall can you describe how this would be different than products -> three dots -> clear waitlist? That's what we do for divas and we do not notify the customer so there isn't more confusion

Brandon Kruse: I want to clear more than one waitlist at a time, when you go under the waitlist tab I want to bulk select all the products I want to clear waitlists for old products and get them gone.

Leslie Hall: oh I see, that makes sense, got it! Doing it from the waitlist tab definitely seems natural. Checkbox-select multiple products then drop down to "clear waitlist for selected products" right? Since the waitlist tab is where you can see the largest ones first, that makes sense - especially for crap like black friday where it's just clogging up your reports!
I want to make sure when we do this, we do not change the historical reporting for adding vs waitlist - I'll make sure we don't!

I have a customer who when ordering..and it goes to waitlist or wishlist however you want to call it...and in her cart it has made her cart full of multiple product she wanted to purchase..everytime she waitlisted it puts in 3 or more times of the product. So she would have example: order jean, that jean goes to waitlist and then it in her cart 3 or more times ..and she only wanted to purchase just one..so now she constantly has to go back and delete all product's..of either same product or if something in her waitlist it multiple of that item...keeps happening..Please any suggestions???

Can you tell me the parameters around how you'd want to clear the waitlist? Of a customer? for a particular product?

Brandon Kruse: if a customer has 3 or 4 or more it repeated in cart of same item..i would like to have the ability to tell customer to either reload app..or just delete all waitlist, and have customer be able reimput if there is a clich so to speak.
